1. Ordering
You agree when you purchase soaps from OrgHandy website that the personal information that you provide when registering as a customer is true, accurate, and does not refer to anyone else. If any of your personal information changes, you will be requested to inform us (shop@orghandy.com.au) before any further orders may be taken. As well, the customer must provide accurate, current, and valid payment details that belong solely to them and not to anyone else.
After completing the online order process, click the Place order button to submit your order request for goods.
Currently, items can be purchased with a Mastercard, visa card, PayPal or afterpay.
As soon as you place your order, an acknowledgment email will be sent to you with a payment reference and a value for the order.
2. Pricing and description of goods
Prices for goods on the website are as quoted; VAT is not charged on any item. Cost for delivery and standard packaging will be added at checkout; these costs are as stated in section 5, ‘Delivery’.
Our website describes our products as accurately as possible and the photographic image is only a general representation. As all items are handmade in small batches, there may be slight variations in color, pattern, scent, and texture between individual soaps and batches, but none of these will affect the quality of the products.
3. Care of purchased soaps
Soaps should be stored in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight, once purchased. Soaps are made with natural ingredients only without any chemical hardeners so it might become soft if it is exposed continuously to water. To prevent the soap from becoming too soft, it is recommended to be placed on a free-draining soap dish after each use, clear of standing water. You can find the draining dish soap at our shop.
The soap is for external use only.
4. Packaging
At OrgHandy we use envelopes, paper and carton packaging keeping it to a minimum. The parcels are shipped in compostable satchels. As far as is possible, plastic packaging is not used. We would encourage our customers to reuse or recycle their packaging for the benefit of the environment.
The list of ingredients on the packaging states all the ingredients from the highest percentage in the soap to the least one.
5. Delivery
At OrgHandy, we work hard to get your product delivered to you as quickly as possible. Due to this, we cannot cancel or change orders once they have been submitted.
We use Sendle Standard Shipping with fully carbon offset.. Shipping is a flat rate per order of $9.00 and free shipping for orders over $50.00. Please allow up to 10 business days for receiving your order. If you have not received your order within this timeframe, please let us know by contacting shop@orghandy.com.au
6. Returns and customer service
We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with our products and services. Please contact us if you have any queries, contact us at shop@orghandy.com.au
We do not accept returns of opened products for safety and hygiene reasons, due to the nature of our all-natural products.
Our website provides a complete list of ingredients for each product. In case you’re sensitive to any specific ingredient, please do not purchase the product. OrgHandy is not responsible for any individual reaction to any particular ingredient.
If you believe you received a faulty or incorrectly supplied product, please contact us immediately on our email and we will provide a refund. We will contact you within three business days upon receiving your email. Please keep your receipt for proof of purchase and the product.
